We offer a 4 day "Getaway" and perfectly curated Day Programs with a variety of activities, with something for everyone!
Our 4-day getaway will run from Monday to Thursday - Destination TBC, staying in a AirBnb with daily activities.
Our Day Programs run the following week every day from Monday to Friday.
There are options available for days based at our Hub in Croydon and days out in facilities across Melbourne. Each day we offer a new adventure to appeal to everyone, whether you're looking for action packed adrenaline fun, or a mindful day of body movement, dancing, arts and crafts, cooking or learning.

SCHOOL HOLIDAYPROGRAMBOOKING FORM & INFORMATION
To access the School Holiday Program participants must have a current NDIS Plan, have a Service Agreement in place with Planet Possible and be attending school (school-aged).

Daily Activities: (Centre based Day) AM Empowerability (Movement/Dance class) Walking/Nature trail – lunch at local park (weather dependent) PM Ten Pin Bowling & Creative Art session (at the Hub)

Daily Activities: Get ready for a fun day at SENSAS - Dive into a one-of-a-kind sensory adventure! Touch, taste, smell, and hear like never before in the most exciting and funniest sensory challenges.

Daily Activities: (Centre Based & Community) AM Swimming - Croydon Aqua hub, Lunch at a local park/walking trail (weather permitting) PM Sweet Science Gym & Fitness, Music/Dance Party at the Hub

Daily Activities: Australian Sports Museum and MCG Tour -Unleash your competitive side and see how your skills stack up against some of your favourite Aussie athletes! Then enjoy an interactive tour of the great MCG
